Vinta Inks Carlos fountain pen ink in a 30 mL glass bottle. Vinta Inks Emerald "Carlos 1960" is a medium to dark green fountain pen ink.

This ink is named after former Filipino president Carlos P. Garcia who refused to cooperate with the Japanese forces during WWII. Garcia is also from Bohol known for their majestic and lush chocolate hills.
